I started my career as an Email Developer, spending three years building responsive, cross-client emails in production environments using HTML and CSS. That experience strengthened my technical foundation, attention to detail, and QA discipline while exposing me to the scale and complexity of high-volume marketing campaigns.
Over time, I became more interested in the strategy behind those campaigns — how lifecycle emails, promotional sends, and customer journeys work together to support marketing goals. I began expanding my knowledge of lifecycle marketing, automation, and ecommerce systems while continuing to develop my technical skills across platforms like Klaviyo, Marketo, Shopify, and WordPress.
Today I focus on supporting marketing teams by combining technical email development with campaign execution and lifecycle automation. I enjoy working at the intersection of marketing and technology, helping teams launch reliable campaigns, maintain scalable email systems, and create email experiences customers actually want to receive.
